The device cannot be turned on.
A warning sound can be heard and the
device switches off automatically.
The temperature measured by the Sous
Vide Stick differs from the temp erature
measured by a second device.
If your Sous Vide Stick Henry shows further defects, please contact a professional
repairing service. Do not try to repair the device yourself.
• Check if plug and outlet are
connected correctly and if the
propeller of the pump is not
impaired.
• The automatic switch off occurs
when the water level is too low. Fill
more water into the container.
• The Sous Vide stick is calibrated
according to high standards and
much more precise than
con ventional temperature
gauges. If necessary, you can match
the temp eratures of several other
devices via the calibration mode;
push the temperature button for
5 seconds in order to switch to the
calibration mode. Adjust the
temperature difference between
-9.9°C and 9.9°C (°F 14.18 and
°F 49.82). Ideally, the calibration
should be conducted by an
authorised repair service.
