Step 5 (Front beam assembly)
a) Align the holes on cart left panel (B) with the holes on front beam
(E).
b) Insert one M6 x 15 bolt (AA), one M6 flat washer (CC) and one M6
lock washer (DD) into each pre-drilled hole and tighten all bolts by
hand.
c) Repeat the procedure with cart right panel (C) and front beam (E).
d) Go back and tighten all bolts using screwdriver provided.

Step 7 (Install the firebox into the cart)
a) Put the firebox (I) onto the assembled cart.
b) Align the holes on the right side of body assembly (I) with
the holes on the right panel (C).
c) Insert one M6 x 15 bolt (AA), one M6 lock washer (DD)
and one M6 flat washer (CC) into each pre-drilled hole
and tighten the bolts by hand.
d) Repeat the procedure with the left side of body assembly
(I) and cart left panel (B).
e) Go back and tighten all the bolts using the screwdriver
provided.
Attention:
Unpack the regulator/hose assembly (located
underneath the firebox) prior to assembling the
grill body to the cart, and pull out the
regulator/hose to the cart side panel before doing
the next step.

Step 6 (Install doors )
a) Insert the pin on the bottom of left door (H-1) into the
pre-drilled hole on the left side of cart base (A).
b) Push down the pin on the top of left door and insert it into
the pre-drilled hole on left front side of front beam (E)
c) Repeat the procedure with the right door (H-2) and front
beam (E).
d) Close the two doors.
