Unclamping a tool with a hydraulic chuck

4. Turn the clamping screw to the stop with
the aid of the appropriate hex-wrench (see
"Figure 11: Clamping tool").
5. Set a torque wrench to a tightening torque
of 7 Nm.
6. Tighten the clamping screw to the stop
with the aid of the torque wrench.
1. Undo the clamping screw with 3 to
7 turns counter-clockwise with the aid of
the suitable hex wrench with T-key (see
"Figure 12: Undoing clamping screw").

NOTE
The clamping screw is not captive!
Ensure that the clamping screw is
free of dirt.
Always screw in the clamping screw
tight to the stop.
RESULT
The tool is now fully clamped in the
hydraulic chuck and can be used.
