  • Page 8 INSTRUCTIONS WINDING CROWN The winding crown is used to manually wind the watch (position 1) and to set the time (position 2). WINDING Your watch incorporates a manually wound move- ment. Fully wound and with the chronograph dis- engaged, it will continue to run for at least 55 hours. We recommend that you wind your watch at about the same time every day, preferably in the morning.

    SETTING THE TIME To set the time, gently pull the crown all the way out and move the hands in either direction. Once you have set the correct time, push the crown home again. The day/night indicator allows you to verify whether the time displayed by your watch is between 6 a.m.
  • Page 10 CHRONOGRAPH The chronograph is started and stopped with the pusher at 2 o’clock. The chronograph and minute- counter hands are reset to zero with the pusher at 4 o’clock. TACHYMETER Your watch has a tachymeter scale calibrated to 1000 meters .

    PERPETUAL CALENDAR The perpetual calendar indicates the day of the week, the date, and the month, automatically taking into account months with 28, 29, 30, and 31 days. It switches directly from September 30 to October 1 or from February 28 to March 1. In leap years, it also displays February 29 and then jumps directly to March 1 at midnight.
  • Page 12 CAUTION Please wind the watch and set the time before you put the watch on. This prevents lateral pressure on the winding stem. Please use your fingernails to pull the crown out and turn it gently between two fingertips. Never pull out the crown in a humid envi- ronment or underwater: the water resist- ance of your watch is assured only when the crown is pushed home.

AUFZIEHEN Ihre Uhr besitzt ein Uhrwerk mit Handaufzug. Vollständig aufgezogen und bei ausgeschalteter Chronographenfunktion verfügt die Uhr über eine Gangreserve von mindestens 55 Stunden. Wir empfehlen Ihnen, Ihre Uhr jeden Tag zu derselben Uhrzeit aufzuziehen, am besten morgens.
