Safety Notes - Westfalia DB-82X2 Instruction Manual

Please note the following safety notes to avoid malfunctions,
damage or physical injury:
Operate the machine only when both knifes are in place.
Do not operate the machine without the drive belt cover in place.
Do not try to remove more than 2 mm material at once.
Always use the guide bars to precisely guide the machine.
Always use suitable clamping equipment to clamp the work piece down. Do
not hold it in your hand.
If pieces of wood or foreign objects jam the machine, turn off the machine and
wait until the blades have stopped. Then pull out the power plug and remove
the object.
Do not operate the machine with dull or damaged blades. Dull or damaged
blades may kick back and should be replaced immediately.
The machine does not contain parts serviceable by you. Do not disassemble
it and do not try to repair it yourself. In the case of problems please turn to a
professional or contact the Westfalia customer support department.
