Setting Silent Mode

Set the silent mode so as not to disturb others
around you in public places.

Press r (Volume up button) or l
(Volume down button)
The silent mode icon and sound volume
adjustment bar is displayed.

Tap the silent mode icon to switch
the silent mode type

Silent mode type is switched as follows every
time you tap the silent mode icon.
• : Silent mode OFF
• : Silent mode (vibration)
• : Silent mode (mute)
• : Driver mode
◎ Using the sound volume adjustment bar, you can
adjust media sound volume such as music or
videos. Also, tap " " to display the sound setting
screen to specify the detailed sound settings.
◎ Even in the silent mode, the shutter clicks for
photos. Also during movie shooting, start/stop
and timer beeps sound.
◎ By selecting "Drive", a guidance is played to
notify the caller that you are driving a car when
receiving a call and auto answering activates
automatically.
◎ While data is played in the muting state in the
silent mode, press r (Volume up button)/l
(Volume down button) to adjust the volume.
