MAINTENANCE

Careful maintenance ensures proper
operation and good performances over
time.
Special care and attention shall be paid
to grease filters: to reach the grease fil-
ter please follow the instructions given
in the 'PANELS OPENING 'section.
Remove the grease filter by pulling its
handle.
To refit the grease filter after the clea-
ning, just perform the reverse procedu-
re.
To remove the charcoal filter, please fol-
low the same steps taken for removing
the grease filter, as the charcoal filter
is found immediately above the grease
filter.
Remove the charcoal filter first, by sli-
ding it into its housing, and then rotate it
until it is removed. (fig.17).
To clean the appliance the use of tepid
water and neutral detergents is recom-
mended, while the use of abrasive pro-
ducts shall be avoided.
The power cord replacement shall be
performed by qualified personnel only.
