Removing and mounti ng the batt ery from the frame
The Urban series are equipped with an integrated frame
batt ery inside the frame.
Removing the batt ery
Disconnecti ng and removing the batt ery starts with
unlocking the batt ery. The lock is situated on the left side of
the bicycle at the bott om of the batt ery. Upon turning the
key, the batt ery will pop out litt le. Now take out the batt ery
by hand.
The batt ery may require a small amount of

force to remove the batt ery from the frame.
Hold the batt ery fi rmly when removing it, to
make sure the batt ery does not slip from your
hands when it suddenly comes loose.
Remove the key aft er placing the batt ery,
!
because of possible loss and/or theft of the
key, the batt ery, and the bike.
