4-8. PINCH ROLLER DRIVING SECTION

Remove the "spring, pinch roller VC" @.
Remove the "assy, lever, pinch VC" @.
Press the clamp @ of the "mounting, opener VC" ~,
and remove the "mounting, lift pinch VC" @.
Remove the screw @.
Remove the clamps @ and @, and remove the
"mounting, opener vc" 0.
Remove the "gear, cam pinch VC" ~.
Remove the washer @, and remove the "assy, lever
load VC" @ and "spring, lever load VC" @.
Slide the "gear, rack pinch VC" ~ in the rear direction
fully and then remove it.

Refer to Fig. 4-8-2 to Fig. 4-8-5, and apply grease
(VHJ-0100) to the "gear, rack pinch VC" @, "gear, cam
pinch VC" @r "mounting, opener VC" ~, and sliding
parts of the mechanism chassis. (Apply grease to the
shaded parts. )
After attaching the "gear, rack pinch VC" @, slide it
until it touches the front.
Refer to Fig. 4-8-6, and insert one end of the "spring,
lever load VC" @ into the
hole~ of the outserter and
hook the other end to the "assy, lever load VC" ~.
Refer to Fig. 4-8-7, and align the A mark to the "gear,
cam pinch VC" @ and "gear, relay pinch VC" @.
Tighten the screw @ with a 5.0 to 6.0 kglcm torque.
Check that the clamps @ and @ of the "mounting,
opener VC" @ are hooked properly to the mechanism
chassis. Check that the clamp @ is hooked properly
to the "mounting, lift pinch VC" ~.
