Troubleshooting

In purchasing this measuring unit, you have acquired a product which has been designed to the state
of the art and is operationally reliable.
Nevertheless, problems or faults may occur.
For this reason, the following is a description of how you can eliminate possible malfunctions yourself.

Meter cannot be
switched on
No stable measured
value is displayed.
Measuring device
cannot be operated

Possible cause
Are the batteries spent?
Incorrect measurement?
Is the sensor being moved
too much?
Is the correct measurement
function selected (AC/DC)?
Undefined system status.
Remedy
Check the batteries.
Reset the meter by pressing the
Reset Button (10).
Hold the sensor stable.
Check the AC/DC function
whether it suits your object.
Reset the meter by pressing the
Reset Button (10).
