Limitation of liability
VARTA Storage GmbH assumes no liability for personal injury,
property damage, damage to the product or consequential damage
to the product arising from failure to observe these instructions and
the operating instructions for the energy storage unit, improper use
of the product, repair, opening of the storage enclosure and other
actions by unqualified electricians or electricians not certified by
VARTA Storage GmbH. This limitation on liability applies also if
unapproved replacement parts are used and if the specified
maintenance intervals are not observed.
The safety instructions in these Add-on Instructions as well as
those in the operating instructions for the VARTA element energy
storage system apply.
Unauthorized conversion or technical modification of the product is
not allowed.
