    2. Verbinden der Schrankelemente. Achtung! Vor dem Verbinden von Schrankelementen mit Doppelstegplatten aus Plexiglas sind diese zu reinigen. Den Massivholzrahmen bzw. die LIGNOpal-Seiten mit Gewinde- 2er Kombinationen in 2 und 3 OH sind vormontiert. hülsen M4 x 30 mm und Gewindeschrauben M4 x 12 mm Vor dem Verbinden von Schrankelementen mit Kabel- (Torx) verbinden.

    6. Anbau der Sichtrückwände. 6.1 Lochblech. Haltewinkel (1) mit je 2 Schrauben 4,0 x 25 mm an der Rückseite des Korpus be festigen. Je 1 Schraube (2) M4 x 4,5 mm auf die bereits angebrachten Haltewinkel schrau- ben. Rückwand an den dafür vorgesehenen Haltewinkeln (1) einhängen.

    7.3 Außenlaufende Holztüren. Höhenverstellung der außenlaufenden Holztüren. Sicherungsschrauben (3) lösen. Excenter (4) im Laufbe- schlag in die gewünschte Position einstellen. Sicherungs- Mit den fest vormontierten Laufbe schlägen (1) in die obere schrauben wieder befestigen. Nut der oberen Laufschiene einhängen. Vormontierte Führungs- teile (2) in die untere Nut der unteren Laufschiene einschieben.

    8. Verriegelung. Funktion der Verriegelung. Beim Verriegeln der Türen fährt der Sperrhebel (1) in die untere Nut des Schließwinkels (2). Es ist darauf zu achten, daß der Sperrhebel weit genug eintaucht, bzw. nicht im Grund anstößt. Gegebenenfalls ist der Schließwinkel zu versetzen.

    9. Einbau der Türanschlagwinkel und Montage der Griffleisten Griffleiste. Bei Holztüren. Die Griffleisten mit Senkschrauben 4,0 x 50 mm in den dafür Türanschlagwinkel. vorgesehenen Bohrungen (2) in die Stirnseite der innen- Anschlagwinkel (1) ist mit Euro-Schrauben 6,3 x 15 mm in laufenden Tür befestigen.

    10. Anschlag der Türen. Die Endstopper (1) und Vorstopper (2) in den Laufschienen sind nachzustellen, wenn die Türen oben und unten nicht gleichzeitig an die Stopper anschlagen. Es ist darauf zu achten, dass sich die Türen ganz öffnen lassen (z.B. für den Einbau von Auszügen).

    11. Türausrichtung. Die 4 bzw. 5 OH (Ordnerhöhen) Türen sind mit je 2 Spann- profilen (1) ausgestattet. Mit einem Gabelschlüssel M10 die Muttern (2) am oberen und unteren Ende des Spannprofils so einstellen, dass die Türen keine Durchbiegung nach innen oder außen aufweisen.
