Probable Cause
Life Fitness On Demand has not been activated.
Equipment is not connected to the internet.
Insufficient internet bandwidth.
Unit requires reboot.
Weak wired headphone connection.
Bluetooth pairing malfunction.
Corrective Action
Activate Life Fitness On Demand via Manager's
Configuration or on Halo.Fitness.
Check network connectivity in Manager's
Configuration. Use network speed test on console
to verify that your facility has 2.5 Mbps of
bandwidth per unit.
Disable Life Fitness On Demand on select number
of units to reduce bandwidth strain. Refer to
Minimum Download Bandwidth Requirements
specifications.
Restart the unit. For optimal functioning, enable
Nightly Reboots in Manager's Configuration.
If using wired headphones, ensure proper
connectivity within headphone jack. Small
adjustments in jack placement should produce
crisp and clear audio.
Unpair and repair Bluetooth headphones with the
console. Follow the prompts on screen.
