F itting of the Mounting P late and P ositioning of the wall Hole
1.
1. Fix mounting plate on the wall horizontally.
2.
2. Positoning the piping hole at position shown at figure.
The different shape of mounting plate has its position.
3. F asten securely the plate with stee l nails o f the reference holes 1, 2 , 3
and 4. In case of left rear piping, please find the wall hole location A.
In case of right rear piping, please find the wall hole location C.

Making a Hole on the Wall

Make holes of 60 mm in diamet er.
Ins tall piping hole cove r and sea l it off with putty after installation

P repara tion of indoor unit body
1. Take out cushion blocks on the left and right angle beads as shown in
the following . The cushion blocks are no longer used.
2. Remove 2 cushions between the cross-flow fan and the casing
3. There are 3 virtual segments on the case. Select the required virtual
segment on the case according to the piping outside direction .
and clean the burr
Remove it by hands
pass through.

P repara tion of piping and conne cting wiring

Cut the pipes and cables
Use the accessory piping kit or the pipes.
Measure the distance between the indoor and the
outdoor unit.
Cut the pipes a little longer than measured distance.
Cut the connecting wirings 1.5m longer than the pipe length.

Remove the burrs
T urn the pipe end down to avoid the metal
powder entering the pipe.

Flaring the pipe.
Insert the flare nuts,mounted on the connection
Fit the copper end into the Bar of flare tool
Flare the pipe end.

Conne ction of piping
1.Align the center of the piping and sufficiently tighten
2.Finall y, tighten the flare nut with torque wrench until
the wrench clicks.
When tightening the flare nut with torque wrench ,
ensure the direction for tightening follows the arrow
on the wrench.
