Back-up alarm kit

See Figure 1. Slide one Terminal Insulator (C) onto each of the wires (one RED & one BLK) in the Wire Assembly Pigtail (B) as shown.

Remove one nut from each of the terminal studs on the Back-Up Alarm (A).

Connect the RED wire of the harness to the (+) positive terminal of the alarm, then connect the BLK wire to the (–) negative terminal on the alarm
using the nuts from the previous step.

Slide both terminal insulators down so that they completely cover the alarm terminal studs and nuts.

Drain the Recovery Tank (L) and disconnect the squeegee hose from the tank. Release the Latch (1) and tilt the tank out and disconnect the vacuum motor harness connector from the main harness.

  • Page 4 Condor XL / ER1300, ER1600 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS WARNING! TURN KEY OFF BEFORE SERVICING. See Figure 4. Open the engine cover and locate the part of the frame where the back-up alarm will mount using the pre-drilled holes. NOTE: The backup alarm mounts just to the left of the squeegee lift cylinder. Mount the Back-Up Alarm (A) to the frame as shown using Screws (D) and Washers (F).
  • Page 5 SC8000 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS WARNING! TURN KEY OFF BEFORE SERVICING. See Figure 5. Open the engine cover and locate the part of the frame where the back-up alarm will mount using the pre-drilled holes. NOTE: The backup alarm mounts just to the right of the hydraulic manifold. Mount the Back-Up Alarm (A) to the frame as shown using Screws (D) and Washers (F).

    Condor XL / ER1300, ER1600 / SC8000 PROGRAMMING INSTRUCTIONS Press and hold the Hazard (A) and Headlight Switches (B) simultaneously. Turn the Keyswitch (C) ON and wait until the Display (D) reads “Confi guration Menu” as shown. Press the Side Broom Raise (E) or Lower (F) switches to scroll through the list of available options. Once you see the appropriate option on the Display Panel (D) press the Scrub ON Switch (G) to enter the sub menu for that option.
