Before first Use

Remove the machine and all accessories out of the packaging and check all
part for any damage in transit. Keep packaging materials out of reach of small
children. There is risk of suffocation!

Assembling

1. Tilt the tile cutting machine lightly backwards and insert the rubber feet
into the provided openings.
2. Align the riving knife (part no. 6) with a suitable
cross slotted screwdriver. The riving knife has to be
in line with the cutting disc.
3. Mount the cutting disc guard (E) on the riving knife
by using the included screw.
4. Mount the front and rear cutting disc cover (part no.
16 and 17) with the screws.
5. Fill the water tub (K) with 3/4 water. The machine
looses some water during operation. Observe the water level and add
water if necessary. Do not add any chemicals or cleaning agents to the
water.

Switching On and Off the machine

1. Insert the power plug into a protected socket. The line must be protected
by a fuse or a line safety switch. If an extension cord is used, please take
care to use a cable with a cross section of al least 1.5 mm² at a length of
under 20 m.
2. To start the machine, press the ON/OFF button (A) to the position "I".
3. To stop the machine, press the ON/OFF button (A) to the position "O".

Executing a straight cut

1. Loosen the locking screws (H) for the guide bar and align the guide bar
according to the cutting length.
2. Press the tile against the guide bar and slowly move the tile through the
cutting disc. Do not push the tile too hard against the cutting disc.
