Push the axle ( 19 ) through the upright tube ( 14 ) and place it centered.
First you put the wave washer φ17 ( 17 ) on the left and right side of the axle and then you slide the low
handle bar L ( 95 ) and the low handle bar R ( 100 ) on the axle.
Now you fix the both handle bar with the plain washer φ 6 * φ25 *2T ( 90 ), spring washer φ8.2 ( 8 ),
screw m8*20L (88 ) under using the wrench ( 117 ).
