- Page 5 STEP 2 - Removing Dogging *If you have a fire-rated device skip to step 4 Newer Baserails: Remove both Older Baserails: Remove Cylinder by screws and skip to installing the kit. pulling up. Push tabs in & pull up on locking piece.
- Page 6 Grabbing the motor kit with the attaching Once the attaching hooks have grabbed hooks facing down move towards the the pin begin to drop the back of the back activating bracket at 90° motor. Activating Arm Base Continue bringing the motor down until Slide Motor Bracket into baserail (underneath) it’s to the back of the baserail.
- Page 7 STEP 5 - Reassemble Exit Device Replace push pad by placing over Slide baseplate back into case being activating arms & pushing down then back careful of motor wires. towards end of device. uSh paD Replace bracket & attach (2) screws with Replace mounting bracket.
