Thank you for your purchase of Honeywell
Miller fall protection equipment manufactured
by Honeywell Industrial Safety.
This Miller Twin Turbo G2 Connector In-
struction Supplement must be used in
conjunction with the Miller Self-Retracting
Lifelines & Fall Limiters User Instruction
Manual (I267).
WARNING
All persons using this equipment must
read, understand and follow all instruc-
tions. Failure to do so may result in se-
rious injury or death. Do not use this
equipment unless you are properly
trained.
1.0 Purpose
The Miller Twin Turbo™ G2 Connector is
a compact, lightweight
engineered to allow two compatible personal
fall limiters (or self-retracting lifelines) to be
connected to the back of a user's harness for
continuous 100% tie-off fall protection.
2.0 System & Components
Twin Turbo
Webbing Retainer Clip (see Fig. 1a/
page 3)
• Compact, lightweight device designed to
provide continuous 100% fall protection
• Fits Miller harnesses
• Built-in retainer clip holds harness web-
bing in place and does not interfere with
vital performance of the connector gate
and locking mechanism

3,600 lb. gate strength
Miller Personal Fall Limiters (PFL)
(see Fig. 1b/page 3)
• Compatible PFLs include: TurboLite™
Personal Fall Limiters and Turbo T-
BAK™ Personal Fall Limiters
Optional Harness D-Pad Clip (see
Fig. 1c/page 3)
• Attaches to Miller D-ring back pads (aka
D-pads) to minimize potential slippage,
maintaining the proper positioning of
the connector on the harness webbing
3.0 General Requirements,
Warnings and Limitations
The warnings and instructions provided
with the harness and the personal fall
limiter/self-retracting lifeline must be read,
understood and followed in conjunction
with this instruction supplement.
The Twin Turbo G2 Connector is designed
for use by ONE person only. Maximum
capacity is 400 lbs (181.4 kg), combined
tool and body weight. — DO NOT EXCEED
THIS WEIGHT.
Use only Honeywell-approved compatible
personal
lifelines with this device.
Never attach snap hooks, rebar hooks or
carabiners to the G2 Connector.
Webbing retainer clip should remain on G2
with
Connector for safest and best function of
device.
Inspect harness, personal fall limiter/
self-retracting lifeline and G2 Connector
before each use in accordance with the
manufacturer's instructions.
