CONNECTING THE FLUE

Warning:
Incorrectly connecting the flue is a fire hazard.
Gas appliances can be installed in different ways depending on the installation
requirements.
Gas oven beneath an extractor hood
Gas oven beneath an ceiling fan
This type of installation always uses an anti-backflow valve
(special accessory). These can be ordered by giving the following
references:
This type of installation requires a stretch of rising air.
Install the oven according to the kitchen layout. The gas supply to
the oven must only be switched on when the extraction system is
activated.
Gas oven directly connected to a chimney
Convection ovens, or combined ovens with an anti-backflow valve (special accessory),
may be directly connected to a chimney.
