Product Introduction MX1000 Meat Ager is committed to creating an internationally recognized meat maturing environment. This equipment is equipped with precise intelligent temperature, humidity control system (temperature 1~4°C, humidity 60%-90%), and Himalayan salt brick, which makes cooked meat more flavorful. The equipment uses UVC lamp sterilization and high perspective anti-ultraviolet insulating glass, and is equipped with activated carbon to filter the air. -

Installation 1. In order to prevent the oil contained in the hermetic compressor from flowing into the cooling circuit, it is necessary to always carry store and handle the machine in a vertical position during the transportation. 2. To prevent injury or damage to the unit, the appliance should be unpacked and set by two or more people. - Page 7 Installation Instruction Step 1, Remove the package and the bottom wooden support. Pass the rope through the bottom of the machine and tighten the rope, as shown in the figure (F1), pull the machine from the wooden support as shown in the figure(F2).

Maintenance: Cleaning • Before carrying out cleaning, remove the power plug. Clean the inside and outer walls with lukewarm water and a little detergent. • Do not use abrasive or acid cleaners or chemical solvents. • Use a glass cleaner to clean the glass surfaces and a commercially available stainless-steel cleaning agent for the stainless-steel surfaces. -
