12. Warranty
When you have any complaints, please contact the service of the company
Ceylan. You can fi nd our call number and address on the back page of the
handbook.
Before calling the customer service, please check out whether the problems
have to do with operating errors or agents, which haven't got any connection
to the function of your device.

- If there is power in the socket
- If the plug is connected properly
- If the fuses are in order
- the handbook must be read carefully
When you decide to send the product for the reparation, please write a detailed
description of failure and inform us about your address (also postal code and
call number)
Please pay attention to the guarentee rules
The warranty of the device is
The complaints as a result of damages in transit must be reported on the same
day othenwise there are no claims expenses from the company Ceylan. In the
period of guarentee all defects, which are caused by the company Ceylan, are
removed without charge. Cleaning operations, postal charges and exchange of
spare and wear parts are excluded from the guarentee.
The warranty claim expires when the buyer or a third person engage or change
anything on the device. Defects, which are caused by improper use, wrong
positioning, oiling, improper connection, violence or vis major do not underlie
the guarentee. The warranty claim must be verifi ed with the original sales
receipt of the buyer.
