Changing the Control Panel Settings

Depress the Quality button and B&W/Color button for three
seconds and the LCD panel display will change to the Menu
Mode, making it possible to change the following settings. These
settings will be saved, and remain effective even when the power
is turned off, until they are changed again manually.
The following items can be set in the Menu Mode:

Status Sheet Print

Bottom Margin
Paper Size
Language
Set Factory Default
In the Menu Mode, press the Copies "+" or "-" button to select
the desired item.
There are two methods of quitting the Menu Mode.
Press the Quality button to enable the settings and terminate the
Menu Mode, or press the Stop/Clear button to restore the default
settings.

Status Sheet Print

When Status Sheet Print is displayed on the LCD panel, press the
Copy button to print out a Status Sheet listing the current settings
for the following items:
Bottom Margin (3mm or 14mm)
Paper Size category (Metric or US)
Language used on panel display
