Note that Ink Jet Cards may curl if you set the Printable Area to
Maximum when printing. If you are going to print on both sides
of these cards: Print the printable side first, and then flatten the
cards (or bend slightly in the opposite direction) before loading
again to print the second side. Set the adjust lever to the "+"
position before printing on the second side.

About special media cleaning sheets

Cleaning sheets packaged with EPSON special media should not
be used with the Stylus Scan. These sheets are unnecessary, and
may jam in the mechanism.

Loading Envelopes

When printing on envelopes, please note the following:
You can load up to 10 envelopes into the sheet feeder.
Note:
The folding quality and thickness of envelopes vary widely. If the
total thickness of the stack of envelopes exceeds 10 mm, press the
stack flat before loading.
Set the adjust lever to the "+" position.
Note:
Don't forget to return the adjust lever to the "0" position before
printing or copying onto media of normal thickness. Leaving
the lever in the "+" position may cause gaps in the printed
image.
When the adjust lever is in the "+" position, make sure the High
Speed setting in the printer driver's Advanced dialog box is off.
To turn this option off, you may also need to change the Print
Quality setting.
