1. Identify mount position and install 4" x 4" LIQUID TIGHT J-Box near to fixture.
2. Connect wiring: BLACK- 120 VAC LINE
3. Install screw anchors in mounting surface for (4) #8-32 screws to match holes provided in
Bracket or Housing.
4. Remove Lamp Assembly and install (4) #8-32 screws to secure Bracket or Housing in position.
5. Secure lamp assembly to bracket with screws provided and route lamp cable through opening
in end of bracket. Insert lamp cable through liquid tight bushing into LIQUID TIGHT j-box.
6. Connect RED lamp wire to POSITIVE power input circuit and BLACK lamp wire to COMMON
NEGATIVE power input circuit with standard wire nuts.
CHECK CONNECTIONS BEFORE SUPPLYING POWER :
REVERSE POLARITY WILL PERMANENTLY DAMAGE FIXTURE
7. Supply power to check lamp operation.

1. Disconnect AC power before servicing.
2. Refer to wiring diagram for proper connections.
3. All servicing should be performed by qualified personnel.
4. Consult your local building code for approved wiring and
installation.
5. Do not use this equipment for other than intended use.
6. Do not let power cords touch hot surfaces.

7. Mount and secure the fixture at a location and height
to avoid ready access and tampering by unauthorized
persons.
8. The use of accessory equipment is not recommended by
the manufacturer and may cause an unsafe condition.
9. Suitable for wet locations. See product label for temperature
limitations.
