Installation
Installation precautions
Install the safety valve with a rated pressure of
0.75MPa(ES10V-Q1/Q2),
0.80MPa(ES8/15V-Q1/Q2,ES30V-Q1)

safety valve (the arrow points to water heater)(See
Fig. 3). When the water heater is turned on to heat
up, the safety valve relief hole will have a small
amount of water may drip out of the relief hole to

expansion of water inside the water heater. The
relief hole shall be kept unblocked all the time.
The pressure relief device is to be operated regularly to remove lime
deposits and to verify that it is not blocked.
Tighten one end of the water outlet pipe to the pressure relief hole on the
safety valve, shorten or lengthen the water outlet pipe by yourself depend on
actual conditions; Connect the other end of the water outlet pipe to the
manhole to prevent the drips splashing the room.
The water outlet pipe connected with safety valve should be tilt mounted into
a frostless environment in a continuously downward way. Turn on the power
for trial operation after confirming the container is fully filled with water, there
is no leakage for each connector and the power source is up to standard.
You also can drain the water heater through the safety valve.
