Status
No voltage The supply voltage is less than 10% of the rated voltage.
Undervoltage The supply voltage is less than the undervoltage threshold.
Overvoltage The supply voltage is greater than the overvoltage threshold.
Phase A phase of the power supply is open.

Voltage The difference between the minimum and maximum phase
unbalance voltages of the power supply exceeds a specific percentage
of the overvoltage or overvoltage threshold.
Incorrect
The phase sequence of the power supply is incorrect.
