WARNING
This system is a supplementary
function only. It is the responsibil
ity of the driver to always check
the inside/outside rearview mirror
and the area behind the vehicle
before and while backing up
because there is a dead zone that
can't be seen through the camera.
Always keep the camera lens
clean. If lens is covered with for
eign matter, the camera may not
operate normally.
Driving rear view monitoring
(DRVM) system (if equipped)
The driving rear view monitoring
(DRVM) system is used to switch on
the rear view camera when driving
forward.
You can turn on the system in
DVRM menu in AVN screen.
NOTICE
No guidelines will be shown when
the DVRM is switched ON. The RVM
system has higher priority com
pared to the DRVM system.
Rear View Monitor (RVM)
You can turn off the DVRM by doing
one of following:
Press any hardware button on the
head unit.
Press the back button on the
DVRM output screen.
If an automatic transmission is
equipped, change the gear to the
P position.
If a manual transmission is
equipped, engage the parking
brake.
