Possible cause
Check that you are using the correct power adaptor plug.
BT Synergy 3205 SMS base – Item Code 872260.
BT Synergy 3205 charger – Item Code 003313.
Check that the handset is sitting correctly in the base.
Check that the handset batteries have been correctly
fitted.
Someone else might be making changes using another
handset. Try again when the other handset user has
finished.
