10. Never plug the Food Steamer into the wall outlet until you
snap the rings into position around the heating elements.
Next, fill the Steamer Base with water and then place the
Drip Tray inside the Steamer Base.
11. Avoid electric shock by unplugging the Steamer

towards the back of the unit during cooking.
