    BEFORE FIRST USE Remove any protective films or stickers from the soleplate and the Iron’s body. Wipe the soleplate with a dry soft cloth. Unwind and straighten the power cord. Fill the iron as described in the section “How to Fill the Water Tank”. Connect the appliance to a suitable mains power supply outlet.

    DRY IRONING This function irons without the use of steam. 1. Connect the iron with a suitable mains power supply outlet. 2. The iron indicator light must be on “ ’’ when starting up the iron 3. The UV light will light up and the temperature indicator ring light will be flashing to indicate the iron has just been started up and is in the heating up process 4.

    AUTO-SHUT OFF FUNCTION The iron features an extra safety feature which will shut down the iron automatically when not in use for a long period. When the iron was not in use for longer than 5 minutes, the steam level light will start flashing and the alarm will “beep” 3 times to shut off the iron. To restart the iron, please press the steam setting button and the iron will restart.
