Moving the jack into position
 Push the jack with the handle under the load to lift and pulled out again after use.
 On the "L" version the jacking handle can be locked in various positions.
Design Quick lift „K" 2,5t
Adjust the basic height by inserting various thrust pieces.
Insert the jacking handle into the quick lift device and secure it.
Move the load arm under the jacking point with the drain valve closed.
Position the load support plate by activating the quick lift device.

 When the support plate has reached its highest position, do not pump the jack handle any further or the lifting
cylinder could be damaged.
 If the unit is overloaded the overpressure valve will open and you will be unable to raise the load any further.
 The lifted load must be safely supported while you work under it (for example by axle supports).
Lowering:
open drain valve
Put pump lever onto drain valve screw and turn slowly and carefully
counter-clockwise (max. ½ rotation) to open he drain valve.
Please note:
 The lowering speed must not exceed 0.15 m/sec.
 The opening distance must be tailored to the load.
 If you open the valve too quickly or too wide, the lowering speed will increase.
 After finishing your work, fully retract the piston and lifting arm.
 The operator is responsible for lowering the load carefully.
 There must be no obstacles to interfere with the load while it is being lowered. The lowering route must be
clear.
 Lift the load slightly and remove any additional supports.

 Previous close the drain valve before start the
pump operation (turn clockwise: "Lifting")
 Do not tighten the valve screw forcibly. The
valve seat can be damaged.
 Insert and secure the pump lever (turning in
clockwise direction = secured).
 Lift the load to desired position by pumping the
lever up and down.
 Ensure that there is sufficient freedom of
movement.
