Press the MENU  key ， enter into the menu selecting mode
and WX mode. 
Keep press 3 seconds the      key to lock,
press the key call function will opened
Press  ▲  key choice the menu and monitor function,
Press  ▼  key choice the menu and scan function.
Press the GROUP key to speak to all channel ,
