Assembly instructions
HEATKILLER® GPU-X² Series
The HEATKILLER® GPU-X² series guarantees the highest degree of cooling power. The unique design ensures
maximum performance on a level with current high-end CPU cooler. An extremely fine microstructure cools the
graphic processor effectively. All other relevant components (e.g. RAM, NVIO, VRM) are also cooled.

Preparing the graphic board

Remove the original CPU fan as well as all remnants of the heat conductor pad. New pads are enclosed to the cooler.
The cover and the voltage transformer cooler of the HEATKILLER are coated with clear lacquer. However, we still
recommend touching the cooler with a lint-free cloth only.
The connection adapter (black) is usually mounted in such a way that the connections point upwards when installed.
You may also install the adapter turned by 180° . In this case, the connections point downward.
Attach the enclosed heat conductor pads as illustrated above. Evenly apply a heat conductive paste to the GPU.
