After use

After use, clean the soupmaker as described in the "Maintenance/cleaning" section below. If food
remnants solidify in the blender jug, they are difficult to remove. Next, store the soupmaker in a safe, dry
place away from dust.

Maintenance/cleaning

It is recommended that you clean the soupmaker before first use and immediately after each use so that
no remnants of food can set in the blender jug (3).
Risk of electric shock!
Always remove the plug from the wall outlet before cleaning the motor unit (6). Failure to
do so could cause an electric shock.
Do not pour or spray any liquids onto the motor unit (6) and do not immerse it in water
or other liquids. This could cause short circuits which could cause electric shocks or burns.
The contacts on the bottom of the blender jug (3) must not come into contact with water
or moisture. This could result in an electric shock.
Never immerse the blender jug (3) in water or other liquids. This could result in an
electric shock.
Warning about property damage
Do not use abrasive or astringent detergents or tools which could scratch the surface to
clean the motor unit (6). This could cause damage to the motor unit (6) housing.

2.
Add a few drops of washing-up liquid, close the lid (2) and place the blender jug (3) on the motor
