The use of both burners on ma imum setting together with large pans gives a very high output and reduces heating times.

Press the ignition button and then push in and turn the control knob of the chosen burner anti-clockwise to the large flame symbol. Continue to press the ignition button until the spark lights the gas. When operating the dual control burner there is a separate control knob for the inner and outer burners.

They should also be suited to the si e of the hotplate.

The griddle is made of cast iron and the surface is covered with a special nonstic finish. To protect the non-stic coating never use metal coo ing utensils as they may scratch the surface.
