Solution
Check hand blender
plugged in.
Check attachments
securely locked to power
handle.
Increase speed
Do not operate the hand
blender for longer than
50 seconds in any 4
minute period for heavy
mixture or the whisk
for 3 minutes in any 10
minute period.
Select a lower speed
initially and increase as
the mixture thickens.
Select an appropriate
sized container. Place
the blades into the food
before switching on.
Allow the unit to cool
fully before using again.
Gradually increase the
speed and blend until
desired result achieved.
