3. Detach the spray head from the lid with the
spray head key. Insert both ends of the key
into the spray head then turn anti-clockwise to
remove.
4. Wash the lid and spray head with hot soapy
water.
5. Dry thoroughly and re-attach to the unit.
Never clean any parts of the coffee machine in the dishwasher.

Descaling

To keep your coffee maker operating efficiently, you should regularly clean mineral deposits left
by the water. The amount of mineral deposit will depend on the water quality in your area and
the frequency of use.
1. Fill the water tank with an appropriate descaling agent for home coffee machines.
2. Place the coffee jug on the hot plate.
3. Press the Start/Stop button once to start the brewing cycle.
4. Turn the flow control to ' STOP' halfway the brewing cycle. Let the coffee machine descale
for 15 to 20 minutes.

descaling agent and scale residues.
