THE LIFE EXPECTANCY OF THE CARBON MEDIA BED IN THESE UNITS WILL BE REDUCED AS COMPARED TO
A BACK WASHING STYLE CARBON FILTER. THE ACTUAL MEDIA BED LIFE WILL VARY DEPENDING ON WATER CONSUMPTION,
CHLORINE/CHLORAMINES CONCENTRATION AND FLOW RATE. EXCEEDING THE PEAK FLOW RATE LISTED ON PAGE SIX WILL
DRASTICALLY REDUCE THE LIFE EXPECTANCY OF THE CARBON MEDIA.

2. Avoid pinched o-rings during installaion by applying (provided with install kit) NSF certified lubricant to all seals.
