Battery replacement
The thermometer incorporates visual low battery indication as following:
Battery sign will be shown when turn on the thermometer. If the
battery is good, the sign will disappear after 3 seconds. If the
battery sign is flicking, that means the battery is low power,
please replace the battery then.
NOTE: It is important to turn the meter off before replacing the battery,
otherwise the thermometer may malfunction. Dispose of the used bat-
tery promptly and keep away from children.
Disposal of this article
If you at some point intend to dispose of this article, then
please keep in mind that many of its components consist of
valuable materials, which can be recycled.
Please don't discharge it in the garbage bin, but check with
your local council for recycling facilities in your area.
The end user is obliged by law to return all used
batteries and accumulators. A disposal to the house-
hold waste is forbidden. Your consumed batteries and
accumulators can be returned free of charge at all
known and marked places. Also you achieve your
contribution to the environmental protection!
