Problem
I can't end my data
call by closing the
application on my
computer. What
can I do?

Solution
Try pressing O on your handset. Also try
disconnecting the cable or turning off the
handset. If possible, always close the
connection through your computer. These
alternative methods may disrupt the
application on your computer.
You may be in an area without service, or
you may be connected to a network that
does not support Internet access.

Try again in a few minutes. The servers
may be temporarily busy.
