Fixscreen Solar ® 1 • Allgemeines Fixscreen 100 Solar EW1 besteht aus: - Quadratischem Design Kasten mit demontierbarer Tuchwelle mit Motorsteuerung, die direkt an der Konstruktion befestigt wird. - Jedes Screen-System beinhaltet ein Paar identischer Seitenführungen. - Dieses Produkt besteht aus einem Vierkantprofiel unter der Kassette, in der sich die Batterie befindet.

Fixscreen Solar ® 3 • Befestigung des Kastens Nehmen Sie den Kasten und legen Sie diese auf eine mobile Werkbank. Öffnen Sie den Kasten, nach Entfernen Sie die Abdeckscheibe für das Kabel, durch die dem Sie die zwei Schrauben Schrauben zu lösen. Im Kasten befinden sich 2 Tuchwellen- entfernt haben.

Fixscreen Solar ® 4 • Montage bei Einbauweise 1 Beim Fixscreen 100 Solar EW1 ist ein Anschluss ans Stromnetz nicht erforderlich. • Bei der Installation der Führungen muss der Kasten bereits auf den Führungen sitzen. • Verwenden Sie einen Sechskantschlüssel 3 um die Vorderseite der Seitenführung zu demontieren.
Page 6 Fixscreen Solar ® Montage Rückseite (ø 5mm) Seiltiche Montage (ø 5mm) Die G-Führung (geschlossen) ist Standard vorgebohrt (Diameter 10). Stufenlochbohrung ist in Option. Es gibt 2 Einstellungsmöglichkeiten für die Seitenführungen: an die Seitenwand oder die Rückwand. Das Bohrloch Diameter 10 ist schon vorgebohrt, das Bohrloch Diameter 5 muss bauseitig noch gebohrt werden.
Page 7 Fixscreen Solar ® Wenn der Kasten bereits definitiv an der ihn umgebenden Struktur befestigt wurde, muss man die Tuchrolle entlang der Innenseite einbringen. Hierfür am besten mit 2 Personen arbeiten! Unterstützen Sie dabei die Endschiene! Befestigen Sie die Abdeckscheibe mit den 2 Torx-Schrauben mit dem Werkzeug T20 wieder an der Kassette.

EINE ENDABSCHALTUNG MUSS ABER VOM INSTALLATEUR NOCH EINGESTELLT WERDEN! Die Endpunkte (oben und unten) wurden von Renson eingestellt. Der oberen Endpunkt: Wurde von Renson eingestellt wobei die Endschiene, inkl. Abdichtungslippe, nicht mehr sichtbar ist. Eine Endabschaltung muss aber vom Installateur noch eingestellt werden. Abschaltung unterer Endpunkt: Der untere Endpunkt wurde eingestellt bis zu 400 mm von der Kassettenunterseite.

Standards hergestellt werden. • RENSON übernimmt keine Verantwortlichkeit/Garantie falls die Motoren anders angesteuert werden als von Somfy angegeben. • RENSON übernimmt dazu keine Garantie das Protokol der Screenmotoren sei kompatibel zu Automatisation/Domotik. • Geringfügige Abweichungen zwischen den Farbmustern und den Profilen des Sonnenschutz-Screens können im Herstellungsprozess auftreten.

Fixscreen Solar ® 9 • Einstellung Produkt Ihr Screen kann vollständig recycelt werden. Informieren Sie sich bei Ihrer Stadt oder Recycelstation über die lokalen Umweltauflagen. Beim Demontieren des Screens sollen Sie die Installation spannungslos machen. Materialien sollen getrennt werden bei der Vernichtung des Produktes. Brennbare Materialien sollen von nicht brennbaren Materialien getrennt werden bei der Vernichtung des Produktes.

Fixscreen Solar ® 1 • General Fixscreen 100 Solar IM1 consists of : - Square box, with demountable fabric roller motor controlled, which is directly fixed against the construction. - Each screen has a pair of identical side channels. - This product consists of a rectangular profile below the cabinet containing the battery. - Screen of high-value polyester or glass fibre fabric, with Fixscreen technology (wind tight technology thanks to the combination of a symmetrical zip and a patented wear-resistant H-PVC inner-rail).

Demount the cover plate Remove the shield plate for the cable, by unscrewing the from the box, by unscrewing screws. In the box you will find 2 guiding pieces at each end 2 screws, on both ends of of the fabric roller, fixed with a couple of screws.

Fixscreen Solar ® 4 • Installation method 1 With the Fixscreen 100 Solar IM1, no connection to the mains power supply is required. • Demount the 2-part side channel. • Use an Allen key type 3 for unscrewing the front part of the side channel type ‘G’.

Page 19 Fixscreen Solar ® If the box is completely fixed (on the structure), you need to mount the fabric roller. You need to do this with two persons! Support the bottom bar while doing this. Put the shield plate back in the cabinet with the 2 Torx screws using tool T20. Make sure the shield plate avoids contact between the cable and the fabric roller.

The upper and lower end point is adjusted in the factory. Adjusting upper end point: The upper end point is adjusted in the factory of Renson. The bottom bar including sealing strip will no longer be visible. Adjust the upper end point for end use.

Fixscreen Solar ® 7 • Final check of the screen ➊ Before starting the motor, check if the set-up is square. The diagonals (D1 and D2) and parallels (H1 and H2) should be as equal as possible for the fabric to properly unwind.

• The main connection should be made by a qualified electrician in accordance with applicable standards. • RENSON does not take the liability or gives the warranty on the automatic control system for the motor screen, except the well-known systems of Somfy.
Page 25: Discard Of The Product
Fixscreen Solar ® 9 • Discard of the product Your screen can fully be recycled. You should inform yourself about the environmental regulations in your city or recycling station. If you demount your screen, it should be tensionless. The materials should be separated by the product’s destruction. Combustible materials should be separated from non-combustible materials by the product’s destruction.
