BEFORE YOU BEGIN

NOTES
S This faucet is for use on a single-hole lavatory.
For three-hole lavatories, use the optional
escutcheon plate.
S For proper lift rod operability, allow a 2-3/4"
clearance between the faucet center and the
wall or lavatory.

S Thread sealant
S Plumbers putty
INSTALLATION
FOR THREE-HOLE LAVATORIES
S Installation to marble or plastic: Do not use
plumbers putty. Remove the adhesive backing
from the gaskets, and firmly press them over the
two outside lavatory holes. Position the spacer
over the center lavatory hole so the gasket
surface is down. Position the escutcheon over
the three lavatory holes.
S Installation to any other materials: Apply a
ring of plumbers putty or other sealant to the
bottom edges of the escutcheon according to the
putty manufacturer's instructions. Position the
spacer over the center lavatory hole so the
gasket surface is down. Position the escutcheon
over the three lavatory holes.

S Shut off the main water supply.
S Observe local plumbing codes.
S If possible, install this faucet before
installing the lavatory.
S Inspect the supply tubing for damage.
Replace as necessary.
