ALL LAVATORIES
S Thread the mounting stud into the bottom of the
faucet body.
S Installations with escutcheon: Fit the faucet in
the lavatory hole. Insert the lift rod into the faucet
body.
S Installations without escutcheon: Apply
plumbers putty or other sealant around the
underside of the round base according to the
putty manufacturer's instructions. Fit the round
base onto the faucet. Fit the faucet and round
base in the lavatory hole. Insert the lift rod into
the faucet body.
S All installations: Install the bracket and spacer
to the mounting stud, and thread the nut in
place. Position the faucet, and securely tighten
the nut.
S Remove any excess putty or sealant from the
escutcheon or round base.
DETERMINE YOUR DRAIN STYLE AND FOLLOW THE APPROPRIATE INSTALLATION
STEPS.
DRAIN (CP AND PB FINISHES)
S Remove the protective seal from the flange.
S Apply a 1/2" diameter ring of plumbers putty or
other sealant around the underside of the flange
according to the putty manufacturer's
instructions. Insert the flange into the lavatory
drain hole.
S Assemble the gasket (tapered side up) and
washer to the flange, and partially thread the nut
to the flange. Do not fully tighten the nut at this
time.
S Install the body washer and body to the flange,
and wrench tighten.
S Position the body so the seal hole is facing
toward the back of the lavatory.
S Handtighten the nut.
S Remove any excess putty or sealant.
