5. Creating Standards

1. Select the Standard icon in the function bar by pressing on the right or
left side of the Navigation control.
2. Press the up and down sides of the Navigation control to select the next
available standard location.
1. Press the left side of the Navigation control (Edit) to enter the Edit
Standard screen. If your device has security enabled you will be
prompted to enter the password "999" to unlock.
2. Preview your sample by lightly pressing then firmly to Measure.
Note: If you do not want the current measurement to be used, use the
Navigation control to select Reset and press the Enter (Select) button.
3. Continue with additional measurements to obtain an average value if
standard averaging is activated in the Settings (default setting is 3).

4. When finished, press the left side of the Navigation control (Save) to
save the new standard.
