Installation of the machine

The minimum requirements of the premises for installation of the machine are:
- Mains voltage and frequency correspond to the characteristics of the motor and the machine.
- Ambient temperature from - 10 ° C to + 50 ° C.
- Relative humidity not more than 90%.
Anchoring of the machine
The machine has to be installed on solid cement substrate by screw with expansion plug and keep a distance
between back of the machine to the wall at least 800mm.
It is important to pay attention to the leveling.
Mounting of the machine
1 Machine is assembled on the stand.
2 The machine need to be mount at a uniform temperature space. Make sure that the location of the Machine
is not exposed to the sun. Otherwise there is the risk of effecting the accuracy.
3 Check that the motor rotates in the clockwise direction before the final connection of a plug to the electricity
grid.
4 Place the machine on a level concrete base.
5 The machine has four mounting screws at the corner. Before tighten the screws, need to move the table
aligned to the spindle in longitudinal and transverse direction. You can use 1/1000 gauge to verify the table
alignment. Use thin foil sheet to adjust the space between the machine stand and the mounting base.
Cleaning and lubrication of the new machine
The uncoated surfaces of the machine is protected with a viscous grease against corrosion for transport.
This must, before the machine is put into operation, to be completely removed. This can be removed either
by petroleum or gasoline.
Note: Do not use paint thinner similar solution, otherwise the the paint on the machine will be destroy.
Do not use solvent or grease on rubber and plastic parts.
After cleaning apply a film of oil to coat the surface on all parts with oil PROMAC 100,385.
Coolant
The model FX-388D and FX-389D is provided with a coolant system.
We recommend the biological coolant PROMAC Art 9197, each can of 5kg. The minimum dilution
of the oil in the water is 5 - 10%
Preparation for operation
Check all parts of the machine before operating, make sure they are in good condition and function
well. Only when the machine was operated at proper safety precautions can guarantee the machine
with long accuracy service life.
