When you are familiar with the operation of the PlayMakar

Charge the Remote and the 2 Pods as per
the instructions.
3. Place the electrode pads to your body as
per the instructions (page 16 of user manual).
5. Turn ON the Remote by pushing the
ON Button (1 second).
7. Push SET and the TENS icon or the EMS icon will blink.
8. To select TENS or EMS, press ON/+ to select and then push SET.
