1.6 Instrument Operation

With the power switch in the off position on the controller, connect DigiPROBE to
the back of the heating block unit. (see figure 2) Connect the block umbilical
cable to the controller. Connect the power cord to the back of the controller. You
are now ready to plug the system into the appropriate wall receptacle.
This banner screen will change to the Menu screen after a 5 second delay.

1.6.1 Set-Up Menu

The Menu screen allows for operating the system or changing the menu
language.

UTILITIES
Alarm button: Audible alarm "On" or "Off" button. LED
flashes with alarm "On" selection.
"Target Temperature" button: Press to modify or change
"Target Time" button: Press to modify, reinstate, or change
"Target Time".
Enter key: Press to accept value(s).
Left arrow key: Move the cursor to the left.
Right arrow key: Move the cursor to the right.
"Target Temperature".
