Selecting the start point of the slide
show
From the JPEG CONTROL display
≠ During JPEG CONTROL display is shown

Make sure that the black (cursor) bar is in the
left (Group) column.
If it is in the right column, press Ó to move it to the
left column.

Move the bar to a desired Group using §/¶.
On the right column, files in the selected Group are
shown.
When selecting a Group, file 1 is initially selected
(highlighted).

Select a desired file using Â/¯.

Press Á.
The slide show starts from the specified file.

display window.

Use the numeric buttons to specify a desired
Group number.
• To select a number between 1 and 10:
Press the corresponding button for the number.
• To select a number higher than 10:
Use the +10 button.
Examples:
To select 13:
+10 → 3
To select 34:
+10 → +10 → +10 → 4
To select 40:
+10 → +10 → +10 → 10
Specify the Group number within several seconds
after pressing TITLE/GROUP (i.e. while the display
window shows "--" for the Group number, instead
of the current Group number).

Use the numeric buttons to specify a desired
Track number.
You can specify the Track number according to the
order in the JPEG CONTROL display. You must
specify a Track number within 5 seconds after
carrying out step 2.
The unit starts slide show playback from the
specified Track. If you do not specify a Track
number, the unit starts slide show playback from
the first Track in the Group.
• You can skip a file in the slide show by using Â/¯ or
§/¶.
• You can select a file in the current group by using the
numeric buttons.
NOTES
• To stop slide-show playback (to dismiss the picture) in
the middle of the slide-show playback:
Press ª or MENU.
The TV screen returns to show the JPEG CONTROL
display.
Pressing Á resumes slide show playback from the last
picture you opened.
• To keep showing a current picture during the slide
show
Press π or ENTER.
The picture does not change to the next picture.
Pressing Á resumes the slide show playback from the
next picture.
• If a black screen appears continuously in the slide-show
playback:
The file currently played may be non-baseline JPEG file.
In this case, select a playable file (a baseline JPEG file)
again (e.g., pressing ª or MENU to open the JPEG
CONTROL display, etc.)
Note that it may take a long time to select another file.
