sparking and a risk of injury.
 Avoid any kind of sparking. It can lead to the explosion of
hydrogen emitted from the battery or to the destruction of
electric devices.
 The foot powered generator is not intended for use in rain or
extremely hot and humid conditions. There is a danger of
accidents!
 Do not charge other kinds of batteries but lead acid or lead
acid/gel batteries with a voltage of 12 V . Do not attempt to
charge frozen batteries or jump start a car with a frozen bat-
tery.
 Only use the device on a solid and even surface.
 Do not continue to use the unit if it or the power cable have
been damaged.
 The unit does not contain parts serviceable by you. Do not
disassemble it or try to repair it yourself. Repairs may only be
undertaken by qualified persons. In case or questions or
problems turn to our customer service.
Safety Instructions for Lead Acid Batteries
Do not charge other batteries than 12 V lead-acid batteries.
Do not charge old, damaged, deeply drained or otherwise
defective lead-acid batteries.
During normal operation lead-acid batteries might generate
explosive gases. Explosive gas can be ignited by a cigarette or
an open flame and can damage the battery. Thereby acid will
splash out and causes serve chemical burns.
While charging, explosive and flammable substances such as
fuel or solvents should not be kept near the foot powered
generator.
Always wear safety goggles when operating the foot powered
